Customers are currently using eForms to create and electronically distribute COVID-19-related forms that employees can complete and submit online. Some of the forms that will be available to you include:

To help manage the continued need to hire and onboard new hires during COVID-19, our customers are using Onboard to remotely assign and track tasks, schedule check-ins, and disseminate forms and important information to new hires and employees. Some of the processes that will be available to you include:

  • Updating I-9 processes to follow the process for remote employees
  • Creating a telecommuting agreement (or leveraging an already existing one from the global bank)
  • Assigning tasks to IT that help employees get the technology they need to work from home
  • Remotely onboarding new hires 

GOVERNMENTJOBS.COM:

With GovernmentJobs.com, we’re seeing an increase in job postings for positions associated with COVID-19 response, such as nursing, healthcare, and emergency services. For agencies that do not have a GovernmentJobs.com subscription, you can request free job postings in these categories.

In the past month, the world and our country have become deeply engaged in a very serious matter impacting our communities and families. On behalf of the NEOGOV team, we want to take a moment to thank you for the continued services and support you are providing to all the citizens you serve.

Internally we are closely monitoring CDC reports pertaining to COVID-19, and have put measures in place for the safety of our own staff, while continuing to offer full services to our customers. We want to assure you that nothing has changed in the way we serve you.

  1. What is NEOGOV’s Business Continuity Plan?

NEOGOV has designed standard business operation and responsiveness plans with the goal of maintaining service to our customers, while simultaneously addressing the health and safety of our staff across the organization. Although NEOGOV has informed employees to work from home, we are fortunate to have an agile workforce that can leverage critical resources and strategies that will allow us to maintain essential business processes and customer support without disruption to customer services.

  1. What is NEOGOV’s current Travel Policy?

NEOGOV is closely monitoring CDC and other government websites to stay informed about travel restrictions. Any business-related travel must be approved by NEOGOV’s CEO until further notice.

  1. Will my system services be impacted?

As stated above, at this time we do not expect any disruption to system availability due to the COVID-19 virus. NEOGOV remains committed to meeting service level agreements in place for our solutions. Our platforms were designed with resiliency in mind to allow for maximum availability at all times. Additionally, our business operations are supplemented with a workforce and management toolset that allows for remote application of service needs to our customers.

  1. How can I get updates on COVID-19 from NEOGOV?

NEOGOV will actively advise on any service updates and adjustments via our standard communication channels. If you have any questions or concerns regarding COVID-19, please reach out to existing Account Management or Account Service teams that you use for all routine business communications.
