  • Creating a telecommuting agreement (or leveraging an already existing one from the global bank)
  • Assigning tasks to IT that help employees get the technology they need to work from home

  1. What is NEOGOV’s Business Continuity Plan?

NEOGOV has designed standard business operation and responsiveness plans with the goal of maintaining service to our customers, while simultaneously addressing the health and safety of our staff across the organization. Although NEOGOV has informed employees to work from home, we are fortunate to have an agile workforce that can leverage critical resources and strategies that will allow us to maintain essential business processes and customer support without disruption to customer services.

  1. What is NEOGOV’s current Travel Policy?

NEOGOV is closely monitoring CDC and other government websites to stay informed about travel restrictions. Any business-related travel must be approved by NEOGOV’s CEO until further notice.

  1. Will my system services be impacted?

As stated above, at this time we do not expect any disruption to system availability due to the COVID-19 virus. NEOGOV remains committed to meeting service level agreements in place for our solutions. Our platforms were designed with resiliency in mind to allow for maximum availability at all times. Additionally, our business operations are supplemented with a workforce and management toolset that allows for remote application of service needs to our customers.

  1. How can I get updates on COVID-19 from NEOGOV?

NEOGOV will actively advise on any service updates and adjustments via our standard communication channels. If you have any questions or concerns regarding COVID-19, please reach out to existing Account Management or Account Service teams that you use for all routine business communications.
