When will the new community launch?

The new Customer Success Community will be live for all NEOGOV product users on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. 

How do I gain access once it's live?

You will continue to access the community the same way you have in the past. Once you log in to your product, click on your name, then choose "Help" from the dropdown menu to automatically launch the Customer Success Community space.
