Michelle Cline is the Director of Product of NEOGOV’s Insight product. She oversees all initiatives involved with the product, from leading new product functionality to providing consultation to customers. She collaborates with all NEOGOV departments to prioritize features and build the product that helps you find and hire the best candidates. Prior to NEOGOV, Michelle worked for various HR departments in the public sector for 16 years.
